Even though they are three words we like to avoid, being able to handle al three “Ds” effectively is the key to strong people management practices in your brewery. This seminar will offer straightforward and practical advice on keeping strong documentation, developing and administering fair and consistent discipline procedures, and navigating difficult conversations all while aiming to develop a strong and positive company culture. Participants will learn about some best practices and tools to proactively address employee challenges, stay legally compliant, foster a culture of accountability, and make their company’s HR practices stronger.
